The duties of the Committee include:
- That they can call anyone related to their duties.
- Processing and advising on laws related to their duties and responsibilities including:
- Agricultural crops.
- Revival of the Earth.
- Irrigation.
- Fishing.
- Conservation of marine life.
- Preventing Illegal Fishing.
- Review of Fisheries Laws.
- Livestock.
- Establishing laws related to the development, care and breeding of animals.
- Processing and optimization of livestock production.
- Production, Development and Maintenance of Livestock Fodder.
- Development of livestock business.
- Development of research related to animal science.
- Animal health promotion.
- Protecting the environment, sea, land and space.
- Wildlife Conservation.
- Establishing laws related to the use of natural resources.
- Review and monitoring of Laws related to resources such as: Oil, Minerals and Water.
- Road construction and maintenance,
- Government buildings.
- Construction of Airports and Ports.
- Various types of vehicles.
- Energy (Electricity, Solar, Water, Oil, Wind, etc.).
- To submit a written report every two months to the Upper House.
- Every communication that the Committee makes with any direction of work must be in writing.
